Tokyo Ghoul

Summary:

Ken Kaneki, a college student who receives organ donations from a ghoul, a human-like creature that hunts and devours human flesh, after he is critically injured. He must deal with life as a half-human/half-ghoul, including interacting with ghoul society and its conflicting factions, while striving to keep his identity secret from other humans.

My Thoughts:

Four episodes in and I'm enjoying this show so far. Excellent plot and besides the first episode its very fast pace. Add to your must watch list.

My Thoughts:

I haven't seen the show dubbed so no thoughts on that as of yet. This show is a MUST SEE!!!! If you have missed out on this, I feel sorry for you. Out of all my reviews check this out first!!! I promise you Attack on Titian has everything you could possibly need in a series. Action, drama, a bit of romance, it has it all. I have watched this at least three times already binge watching with friends. After the first episode they don't want to go home so we end up watching all night long. Still not sure?

Summary:
Hiyori Iki was a regular middle school student until she was hit by a bus while trying to save the life of a jersey-wearing person named Yato. This incident causes her to transform into a half-phantom. Soon after she learns that Yato is a god, her life is never going to be the same again.

My Thoughts: The series was kept short with no word on a second season as of yet. None the less I enjoyed the show. My girlfriend on the other hand is in love with show! Now we wait for season two.

Ixion Saga DT - First Impressions

General Summary:

One day as Kon Hokaze is playing an MMORPG, he receives a request from a female character in the game. He thinks that he has lucked out and found a girlfriend online, but suddenly he finds himself transported into the world of Mira where he accidentally saves a young princess by landing on her attacker with his swivel chair. With no idea how he got there nor how to get back to his own world, Kon tags along with the princess as part of her honor guard while a militant faction of the princess's own country seeks to capture her before she can complete her arranged marriage.

My Thoughts:

If you need something funny, crazy and a bit out there this show is for you. What other fantasy anime has a princess with a transgender maid that fights with pistols akimbo style? I'm warning you now this show will more than likely be the complete opposite of what you think it will be (in an awesome way!). There's a lot of anime and "nerd" references but it's just the right amount.
